Manage multiple websites from one chat

BravePress puts every WordPress install and static HTML site you run in a single console. Updates, content edits, backups, security and SEO — described once and applied across all of them, with no wp-admin tabs to juggle.

Ask about any site you manage…

The work that multiplies with every site

Six sites means six of everything. Each of these is one sentence in BravePress.

Bulk plugin and theme updates

“Update all plugins on my client sites, skip anything with a major version bump.”

One instruction runs across every connected install. BravePress backs each site up first, applies the safe updates, and reports the ones it held back for you.

Content edits across sites

“Change the phone number in the footer on all six sites.”

Pages, posts, menus and footers edited in one pass — with a diff per site so you can see exactly what changes before anything publishes.

Backups you can actually verify

“Show me which sites missed a backup this week.”

Scheduled backups per site, a single status view across all of them, and restore by asking for it. No plugin dashboards to check one by one.

Uptime and security in one view

“Harden logins everywhere and tell me what's exposed.”

Uptime checks, SSL expiry, vulnerable plugin alerts and login hardening across the whole portfolio, surfaced before a client emails you about it.

SEO across the portfolio

“Fix missing meta descriptions on every site.”

Titles, meta descriptions, schema, sitemaps and internal links reviewed site by site and fixed in bulk, without installing an SEO plugin six times.

WooCommerce at a glance

“Any failed WooCommerce orders today?”

Orders, stock warnings and payment failures from every store you run, answered in chat instead of six separate WooCommerce dashboards.

Built for the people juggling sites

Agencies

Onboard a client site in minutes, keep every install patched, and hand over status without building a report. Bill for outcomes, not tab-switching.

Freelancers

Maintain the twelve sites you built years ago without losing a day each month. Ask once, apply everywhere, keep the retainers profitable.

In-house teams

Run several brand, campaign and regional sites from one place, with consistent security, backups and SEO standards across all of them.

wp-admin vs. management plugins vs. BravePress

Tab-hopping does not scale, and per-site plugins only solve updates. BravePress treats the whole portfolio as one surface.

How it works

  1. 01

    Connect every site

Add each WordPress install or static HTML site with scoped credentials. BravePress reads its pages, posts, themes, plugins and health.

  2. 02

    Ask in chat

Describe the change and the scope: one site, a client group, or all of them. No settings screens, no repeating yourself six times.

  3. 03

    Review and apply

See the per-site diff, approve, and BravePress publishes with a backup taken first and rollback one message away.

Frequently asked questions

How many websites can I manage?

There is no hard cap on connected sites. Plans scale by the number of sites you manage, and everything stays in one console no matter how many you add.

Do I need to install a plugin on each site?

BravePress connects to remote WordPress installs with scoped credentials over the standard WordPress APIs, so there is no heavy connector plugin to maintain on every site.

Can it manage static HTML sites too?

Yes. Plain static HTML sites sit next to your WordPress installs in the same dashboard, with the same chat-based editing, deploys, backups and uptime monitoring.

Are bulk changes safe to run?

Every bulk action shows you the affected sites and the exact diff before it runs, takes a backup first, and can be rolled back by asking. Nothing publishes without your approval.

How is pricing structured for multiple sites?

Pricing is a single subscription with a site allowance, rather than a separate licence for each install. You will see the tiers when the waitlist opens.
